I am a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on technical leadership, platform ownership, and building automation that scales across teams and organizations. I design and deliver solutions that reduce operational complexity, improve reliability, and create long-term value in large, cloud-based environments.

Currently, I work at Mindbox, supporting a global banking and financial services organization (HSBC). I play an active role in shaping a cross-team data and platform ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform, where I design automation and tooling for platform operations, architectural change processes, and cost optimization.

I hold a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology from AGH University of Science and Technology. Throughout my career, I've worked with organizations such as WP Engine, Cisco, and HSBC, where I've taken ownership of critical systems, led the development of internal platforms, and helped teams adopt more reliable and efficient ways of working.

I'm motivated by complex challenges that require both strong engineering and leadership skills. I enjoy mentoring, driving technical initiatives from concept to delivery, and aligning engineering solutions with business and organizational goals.
